Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted.

You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested during signup.

A single login may only be used by one person — shared logins are not permitted.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

A valid payment method is required to process your subscription. Accurate billing information must be provided.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.

Monthly plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable. No credits for partial months.

Downgrading your plan may cause loss of features. Afrimerge Academy accepts no liability for such loss.

All course purchases are final. Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of content has been accessed.

You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account via Account Settings. Email or phone requests are not considered cancellation.

All content will be immediately inaccessible upon cancellation and permanently deleted within 30 days.

If you cancel before the end of your billing period, cancellation takes effect at the end of that cycle.

Afrimerge Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason.

Afrimerge Academy reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

Prices are subject to change upon 30 days notice, posted on the website or within the Service.

Afrimerge Academy shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide. Your profile and materials remain yours.

By uploading content, you allow others to view and interact with it according to your privacy settings.

Afrimerge Academy may refuse or remove any content deemed unlawful, offensive, or objectionable.

You must not upload, post, or transmit unsolicited email, SMS, or spam messages.

Course content is provided for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

Certificates represent completion of course requirements but do not guarantee employment or professional certification.

Afrimerge Academy reserves the right to update or modify course content at any time.

AI Tutor services are supplementary learning tools and should not replace professional academic guidance.

Research assistance is facilitated between students and qualified researchers. Afrimerge Academy is not responsible for the quality of assistance provided.

All research assistance must comply with your institution's academic integrity policies.

Payment for research services is held in escrow and released per the terms agreed between student and researcher.

Google Account Integration: When you connect your Google Account for features like Google Calendar sync, we only use your Google Account data to provide the specific services you requested (such as account creation and calendar syncing).

We do not share your Google data with third parties except as necessary to provide the requested services.

You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time through your account settings.

We comply with all third-party platform policies and data usage requirements.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Technical support is only available to paying account holders via email and live chat.

You must not modify, adapt, or hack the Service or falsely imply association with Afrimerge Academy.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse of any Afrimerge Academy customer or employee will result in immediate account termination.
